AeroCad will pre pay FedEx, UPS or USPS Ground Shipping on specially marked products on our website. The Free shipping offer will be identified in the product description.
Ordering and Minimum Order Policies:
Order minimum not including shipping cost is $20.00. We accept most major credit cards. Please provide us with current name, credit card billing address and card expiration date for payment authorization. Credit card billing information must pass verification before we process any order.
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. In stock items are normally shipped same day. Shipping Charges are not calculated at the time of order. Due to various methods of shipping and different sizes weights and quantities of products you may order, we are not able to provide shipping cost prior to submission of your order. Please specify your shipping preference in the appropriate section of your shopping cart when ordering and we will calculate your order total accordingly.
A Hazardous Materials charge of $28.50 per package for UPS ground freight may apply.
Other materials designated as ORM-D may be shipped without extra charges by UPS ground freight only.
COD orders using Federal Express or UPS require cashier's check or money order only. The shipping company’s policy includes a $12.00 additional fee for COD shipments.
If you have an AOG requirement please contact us at: 1-800-558-7180 and we will expedite your order. In some cases there may be an additional AOG handling fee. Please have aircraft model and serial number available.
Dimensional and Weight Shipping Limitations:
Air and ground packages are subject to dimensional and weight limitations. Ground packages that exceed 84 in. girth are shipped as 30 lbs. (OS/1). Packages that exceed 108 in. girth up to 130; are shipped at 70 lbs. (OS/2). Ask your sales representative for special air freight rates.
Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges and returns may be made within 30 days subject to items being returned in new condition, original carton, original blank warranty cards, and all applicable paperwork including a copy of the invoice. Please call for return authorization and instructions. A 15% restock fee may apply to all returned merchandise. Special orders may not be eligible for return. Please do not send returns/exchanges COD as they will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Freight damages must be reported immediately to delivery carrier.
New items carry full manufacturer warranty. Defective merchandise or out-of-box failure is repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion. Any Electrical product may be returned for Manufacturer warranty only, not for new replacement in most cases.

Our prices are current at the time of advertising and our goal is to offer you the lowest price and the best service possible. AeroCad makes every effort to revise prices as soon as possible when our suppliers initiate price changes; however, prices may occasionally change without notice. If a price change occurs that pertains to your order we will contact you for approval before processing.

Backorders occasionally arise due to popular demand, limited manufacturer supply or because they are special orders. The item and shipping cost will not be charged until the item is shipped. If a backorder is not acceptable, the order may be cancelled upon your request. Please contact customer service at (800) 558-7180 with any questions.
Mail in Orders:
Mail-in orders receive immediate shipment when accompanied by a cashier’s check/money order or approved credit card information. Personal and or company checks will be held until cleared before order is shipped.
Like cores must be returned (complete) within 90 days of purchase with a copy of the purchase invoice. Cores must be returned as removed from the aircraft and include data plate (Identification Label) identifying core part number. Missing or damaged parts on core may result in reduced or denial of core credit at manufacturer's discretion. Failure to comply with these specifications will result in return of core. Waiver of Liability:
It is the Purchaser/Installer's responsibility to verify correct application of any item purchased from AeroCad for installation on a certified aircraft. AeroCad, Inc. is free from any liability, damage or loss by purchaser due to manufacturer's failures, defects or misrepresentations. The purchaser accepts all freight charges and liabilities if such failures, defects or misrepresentations should occur. AeroCad, Inc. is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any manufacturer’s product defect or application information error.
The purchaser further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify AeroCad, Inc., its assigns, officers, directors, employees, designers and associates, from suits, actions, damages, liability and expense in connection with loss of life, bodily or personal injury or property damage arising from the construction or operation of the aircraft, whether caused solely or in part by the negligence of AeroCad, Inc., its agents or employees.
